Jacob was knowledgeable about the vehicle and features offered. He was patient and incredibly helpful in the search for the perfect vehicle for me. When we came to the dealership to pick my vehicle up, the transaction was quick per our request since we had our young daughter with us. I could not recommend this dealership or Jacob enough!
We had our snow tires replaced by all weather tires. We were able to leave our car off the night before and pick it up the next afternoon. The person at the desk was courteous and took the time to answer our questions.

Body shop did an amazing job.
Brought in to have heated steering wheel chip, heated front seats chip and F&R park assist. Other Chevy dealers kept giving me a run around that the chips were on backorder for months. Called Maguire and they took my truck in RIGHT AWAY and installed! Fast and amazing service!!!

Really nice body shop work on my car and getting car inspected while there was a real plus. This location is nearer too so I can see having regular maintenance done on my car at this location.

Had a problem with the check engine light coming on. Doschedule. was able to check the code, discovering it was an electrical/circuit problem and was able to quickly get me on the schedule. The first attempt to fix the problem was not successful, with the light coming back on about 3 days later. Again Doug was great, getting the car in quickly, and the problem finally fixed.
They did an excellent job repairing my car and matched the paint beautifully

Communication is horrible. Went to pick up my truck and nothing was done. Loan wasn't processed, loan rates were higher than quoted and never got a phone call to say so,, dmv wasn't done, Truck was dirty. Took me 2.5 hours to get everything done. They close at 8, and was there until 8:30 being I had no vehicle to get home with. But by golly they offered me a free oil change to make up for it all. Umm no thanks, I live 1.5hr away.

Maguire was able to fit me to another car when the one I came to purchase didn't work out finance wise. It ended up being a much better car for me in the long run. Another dealership messed up royally and I came back to Macquire and they treated me right. Especially Nick Vorhis who made everything run smoothly and treated me like he really wanted to get me in the right car for the right price. I ended up with a 2016 Buick Encore and I'm very happy. Found my vehicle on Car Gurus on a Saturday. Called Maguire on following Monday and was able to go look at vehicle that same week. Bought the vehicle that next week. Great experience, solid vehicle. Maguire customer service didn't stop for me after the sale either. Will look to Maguire dealership first when considering next vehicle.
The car buying experience was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Two Maguire dealerships worked together to help get me into the car that I wanted in a timely manner. My only complaint is the car needs a front plate bracket, the dealership said they were ordering it and I've had to call and text several times , three + weeks later I'm still driving without my front plate. That being said I would still go back.
they don't want to lower the price of a car that has minor accident on car fax, been on the lot for 75 days, and are quick to say no without working on lowering the price for an incentive to buy. car dealerships are xxxxty these days.

Getting my lease at an agreed amount and picking up my car was a breeze with this dealership. I was able to have 2-3 phone calls and everything was set up ready to go. Nick responded quickly & made everything go smoothly; I spent minimal time at the actual dealership which is unheard of. This is why this is my 2nd lease through this family dealership I make the 1+ drive to. Great job!
